Vivek brings more than 25 years of experience across AI, data, enterprise transformation and business strategy. He joins Hexaware after nearly 20 years at EXL, where he most recently served as President and led its insurance, healthcare and life sciences businesses. He also previously headed EXL’s analytics business and played a role in several acquisitions during his tenure.
Vivek joined EXL in 2006 following its acquisition of analytics consulting firm Inductis, where he was a partner. Earlier in his career, he worked as a consultant at Mitchell Madison Group in New York. He holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering.
At Hexaware, Vivek will focus on driving business growth and expanding the company’s AI-led services model globally, as enterprises increasingly adopt AI-driven solutions and transform their technology operations.
