Mathew Jacob has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Rittal India Private Limited, marking a significant leadership transition for the company. With more than 30 years of experience across the electrical, automation, and industrial technology sectors, he brings extensive expertise in business growth, sales leadership, customer engagement, and strategic transformation.

A familiar face within the organization, Mathew previously spent nearly eight years with Rittal India as Vice President – Sales & Marketing, where he played a key role in strengthening market presence and customer relationships. His return as CEO reflects both his deep understanding of the business and his proven leadership capabilities.

Prior to this appointment, Mathew held several senior leadership positions at Schneider Electric, including Director, General Manager, and Head of Geo & Distribution Sales. He also spent over a decade with L&T Electricals & Automation, contributing to business expansion and operational excellence. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable industry experience with The Standard Batteries Ltd.

An alumnus of Delhi College of Engineering, with advanced studies from LIBA and executive education from Harvard Business School, Mathew is well positioned to lead Rittal India’s next phase of growth and innovation.
