Rajan Sharma has been appointed Head – Strategy & Planning at JSW Motors Limited. In this role, he will lead strategic planning initiatives aimed at supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy and strengthening its expansion in the automotive sector.

Rajan brings significant experience in automotive sales strategy, market development, and operational planning. Prior to this appointment, he served as Head – Sales Planning at Tata Motors, where he played a key role in aligning sales strategy with market demand and business objectives.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Morris Garages India and CarDekho Group, contributing to business development and dealer network growth. He also spent several years with Hyundai Motor Company, gaining extensive experience in automotive sales operations, channel development, and market expansion.
