KP Green Engineering Ltd, part of the KP Group conglomerate, has announced the appointment of Om Prakash Mishra as its new President.

Mishra, an accomplished leader with over 28 years of experience, brings expertise across operational excellence, strategic leadership, project management, and commercial management. He has held senior roles at Bhushan Group (now JSW & Tata Steel), Jindal India Ltd, Manaksia Group, APL Apollo, Andritz AG, Comcraft Group Nigeria, Venus Pipes, and Utkarsh India Ltd. Academically, he holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA in Operations, and a Strategic Sales Management certification from IIM Indore.

KP Green Engineering Ltd, with a market capitalization of ₹2,800 crore, is the engineering arm of the group, specializing in transmission line towers, PEBs, poles, solar structures, torque tubes, and crash barriers. It also houses Asia’s largest galvanizing kettle, with an annual production capacity of 4,00,000 MT.

Mishra’s appointment is expected to strengthen KP Green Engineering’s growth trajectory and further the group’s mission of driving innovation in green infrastructure.
