Indium has announced the elevation of Srinath Nadkarni as Executive Vice President | Head of Data & AI. With over 22 years of progressive experience in IT and digital transformation, he brings deep expertise across BI, Big Data, Analytics, CRM, EPM, Cloud, and Data Management.

Srinath has a proven track record of driving customer engagement, business growth, and operational excellence. His leadership journey spans global roles across the US, Germany, France, Malaysia, and Singapore, along with managing multi-geo delivery across industries such as automotive, manufacturing, finance, insurance, and energy.

Before this role, he served as Senior Vice President – Data & Analytics at Indium. Previously, he led Big Data & Analytics practices at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and also held leadership roles at HP, Zensar Technologies, and Mahindra Satyam.

An IIM Calcutta Executive Business Analytics alumnus, Srinath is also a certified PMP and Scrum Master, bringing both strategic and delivery excellence to his new role.
