Mahindra & Mahindra Limited has announced the appointment of Abhishikta Das as Vice President – HR, Automotive Business under its Automotive and Farm Equipment Business (AFEB) division, headquartered in Mumbai. In this role, she will lead the people strategy for the automotive vertical, focusing on talent transformation, organizational development, and cultural excellence.

Das brings over 18 years of global HR leadership experience across multinational companies including Reckitt, The Hershey Company, and Colgate-Palmolive. Her career journey spans India, South Asia, Vietnam, Latin America, and the U.S., with proven expertise in talent management, organizational design, and change leadership.

Her appointment comes at a strategic time when the automotive industry is undergoing significant transformation. By leveraging her international perspective and strong leadership acumen, she is expected to further strengthen Mahindra’s workforce strategy, enabling an agile and future-ready organization.
