NielsenIQ (NIQ) has elevated Poornima Subramanian to the role of India GCC HR Leader, recognizing her significant contributions to the organization and her extensive experience in human resources leadership.

Poornima brings nearly two decades of expertise across HR business partnering, talent management, employee engagement, compensation and rewards, HR analytics, HR technology, performance management, and organizational development. Her career has been defined by a strong focus on building high-performing teams and fostering employee-centric workplace cultures.

She has been associated with NielsenIQ for over four years and most recently served as Associate Director – Human Resources. Before joining NIQ, she led the HR function at D4 Insight as Senior Manager – HR and held key human resources leadership positions at BNY Mellon Technology India and Ramco Systems, where she spent more than a decade supporting talent and people initiatives across India and international markets.

With experience spanning technology, analytics, consulting, and global business environments, Poornima has developed deep expertise in enhancing employee experience and driving organizational growth through strategic HR practices.
