Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories has appointed Akhil Ravi as Head of API and Services and Member of the Management Council. He brings nearly 19 years of experience across business strategy, pharmaceutical services, commercial leadership and enterprise transformation.
Prior to this appointment, Akhil served as CEO of Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services Limited, where he led its expansion across biologics, APIs, peptides and AI-enabled drug discovery. His leadership experience spans strategic growth and pharmaceutical services.
At Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Akhil previously held several key positions, including Plant Head, Europe Sales Head – API and Head of Strategy – API. He also brings consulting experience from McKinsey & Company and began his professional career at ITC Limited.
His return to Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories in this leadership capacity marks a significant step in his professional journey.
