Innovapptive focuses on improving frontline maintenance, operations, and warehousing areas where execution quality directly impacts business outcomes.

A seasoned business and technology leader, Aditya brings deep experience across startups and global enterprises. He has successfully scaled enterprise platforms, built high-performance global engineering teams, and driven product-led growth across B2B and Enterprise SaaS, fintech, device lifecycle, and industrial domains.

At Innovapptive, Aditya leads India operations and global technology, strengthening leadership capabilities, scaling engineering, and aligning product and platform roadmaps to measurable customer outcomes. Prior to this, he served as CTO at Servify, where he modernized platforms, scaled global teams, and enabled sustained growth, working closely with global brands like Apple and Samsung.

Earlier in his career, Aditya held senior technology roles at JPMorgan Chase and Microsoft, leading large-scale transformation programs in complex, regulated environments. He is also an active advisor, speaker, and mentor within India’s technology ecosystem, contributing insights on platform scale, engineering leadership, and execution excellence.
