Naina joins JSW Motors after more than four years at Edelman, where she served as Senior Vice President and Co-Lead – Corporate Strategy. Her work focused on integrated corporate reputation management, strategic client relationships, stakeholder engagement, employer branding and developing communication strategies that align brand messaging with organisational actions.
Earlier, she held roles at Dun & Bradstreet as Senior Manager – Promotions and Events and at MSLGROUP India (formerly 20:20 Media) as Account Manager. During her time at MSLGROUP, she also helped establish and manage the company’s Pune operations, contributing to business growth and brand development.
She began her career in journalism as a Features Writer with The Indian Express in Pune, building an early foundation in writing and storytelling.
In her new role, Naina will support JSW Motors’ ambition to establish a distinctive position in India’s automotive landscape and shape the future of new-energy passenger mobility.
