Sudeep brings extensive experience across business operations, supply chain management, strategic planning and transformation. He joins Johnson & Johnson after a seven-year stint at Alcon, where he held leadership roles, including Director - Customer Service Support, APAC. His work involved driving digital transformation across APAC and Europe, improving customer operations and implementing technology-enabled solutions.
Earlier, Sudeep worked as a Senior Consultant with PwC, delivering supply chain and operations consulting projects focused on process re-engineering, cost optimisation and planning. He began his career as a Senior Engineer at Tata Motors, gaining experience in manufacturing operations, process automation and maintenance.
In his new role, Sudeep will focus on strengthening GCC operations, building organisational capabilities and aligning site priorities with Johnson & Johnson’s global business objectives.
