Aditya brings extensive experience across enterprise communications, SaaS, product leadership, technology and business operations. Before joining Sinch, he served as Managing Director at Satisfi Labs, where he led the India centre and oversaw its operations. Earlier, he was CEO and Co-founder of Factoreal, an omnichannel fan engagement platform that was acquired by Satisfi Labs.
His professional journey also includes leadership positions at Comviva, Cisco and Nokia Siemens Networks. At Comviva, he served as CTO and EVP – Business Unit Head, while at Cisco he led the product line for its email security business. He also managed a multi-million-dollar unified communications business with global reach.
In his new role, Aditya will focus on strengthening Sinch’s India operations and advancing multi-channel, AI-powered and secure enterprise communications. His leadership comes at a time when agent-led conversations and AI-driven orchestration are reshaping customer engagement.
