Vishesh A. has joined PwC Middle East as Head of Energy, Utilities & Resources – Corporate Finance (M&A), based in Dubai, bringing more than 16 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience across the MENA region.
Prior to joining PwC, he spent several years at HSBC, advising clients on complex strategic transactions across the energy sector. Throughout his career, he has led over 30 transactions valued at more than US$100 billion, spanning mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets (IPOs), debt financing, and strategic advisory. His expertise covers upstream, midstream, downstream, and oilfield services, working with national oil companies, government-linked entities, and global energy firms.
In his new role, Vishesh will lead PwC Middle East's Energy, Utilities & Resources Corporate Finance practice, supporting clients on M&A, capital raising, and strategic transformation initiatives.
