Zydus Group has announced the appointment of Tushar Shroff as its Chief Financial Officer, effective September 2025. With over 30 years of extensive experience in finance, strategy, and capital management, he brings deep expertise in corporate finance, global capital allocation, and mergers & acquisitions.

Shroff’s career spans leadership positions across leading organizations, including STL – Sterlite Technologies, Intas Pharmaceuticals, SCHOTT Kaisha, Piramal Enterprises, Elster Metering, and ABB. Notably, he also served with Zydus Cadila (now Zydus Lifesciences) during his earlier career, contributing to its financial growth and strategic expansion.

In his new role, he will lead the financial strategy for Zydus Group, focusing on strengthening capital structures, driving operational efficiencies, and supporting the company’s global growth journey. His leadership and financial acumen will be instrumental in advancing Zydus Group’s mission of innovation-led growth in the life sciences sector, reinforcing its position as a leading global healthcare and pharmaceutical company.
