The Coca-Cola Company has promoted Visionary Leader Pankaj Sinha to Senior Director - Integrated Operations for North India, reinforcing its leadership team for one of the company’s most significant growth markets. Based in Gurugram, he will oversee the Non-Alcoholic Ready-To-Drink (NARTD) portfolio across North India, with responsibility for driving commercial performance, strengthening channel strategies, enhancing consumer engagement, and delivering sustainable business growth.

Pankaj brings nearly three decades of experience in the FMCG and beverage sectors, including more than 20 years within The Coca-Cola System. Prior to this promotion, he served as Region Director & Business Head for East Coast and South India, leading market expansion and operational excellence across diverse geographies.

His distinguished career includes leadership roles as Managing Director for Sri Lanka & Maldives and Head of Operations for Bangladesh, where he successfully navigated complex business environments and delivered strong revenue growth. Widely recognized for his expertise in revenue growth management, route-to-market strategy, and business transformation, Pankaj has played a key role in strengthening Coca-Cola’s market leadership across the region.
