With 28 years of rich industry experience, Srikanth has built a distinguished career driving operational excellence, lean manufacturing transformation, and sustainable business growth across diverse sectors. His expertise spans automotive and consumer durable industries, including OEM operations, powertrain components, exhaust systems, interior systems, seating solutions, televisions, and refrigerators.

A seasoned leader with deep Toyota Production System (TPS) experience, he has successfully managed multi-plant operations with full P&L accountability across nine manufacturing facilities. His leadership extends beyond India, overseeing global operations and supporting international manufacturing plants while driving strategic investments, footprint optimization, and new business acquisitions.
