Shiv Shivakumar has rejoined the Board of Directors of Restaurant Brands Asia (RBA), the operator of Burger King in India, bringing his extensive experience in consumer businesses, brand management and corporate strategy to the company.
Shiv previously served as Chairman of Restaurant Brands Asia from January 2019 to January 2024. His return to the board marks another association with the company, where he brings experience in business transformation, brand building and strategic leadership.
Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership positions at several prominent organisations, including Unilever, Philips India, Nokia, PepsiCo India and the Aditya Birla Group.
He currently serves as an Operating Partner at Advent International and holds multiple advisory and corporate governance positions across leading organisations.
His return to RBA brings experience across consumer markets, business strategy and organisational transformation to the company’s board.
