DS Group has elevated Divya Nitin Tyagi as Deputy General Manager - Human Resources, marking another significant milestone in her accomplished HR leadership journey.

With more than 17 years of experience in human resources, Divya has built a strong reputation for driving organizational development, talent management, performance excellence, and cultural transformation. In her new role, she will continue to focus on creating meaningful employee experiences, fostering high-performance workplace cultures, and enabling people to thrive and contribute their best to organizational success.

Prior to this promotion, Divya served as Assistant General Manager - HR at DS Group, where she played a key role in strengthening HR practices and people-centric initiatives. Her career also includes leadership positions at Kusum Group of Companies, where she successfully designed and implemented development programs for high-potential talent and critical workforce segments.

Earlier, she held HR leadership roles at Parametrique Electronic Solutions and Mankind Pharma, gaining extensive expertise across talent assessment, employee engagement, performance management systems, and organizational transformation.
