Salesforce to Offer Free AI Certifications and Premium Training to Bridge Skills Gap

Salesforce is stepping up its AI game by offering free AI certifications and premium instructor-led courses through its Trailhead platform by the end of 2025. This initiative, unveiled at Dreamforce, aims to address the growing AI skills gap by investing $50 million into upskilling workforces.

As part of this effort, Salesforce will make its AI Associate and AI Specialist certifications, currently priced at $75 and $200, free of charge. Additionally, premium, instructor-led courses focused on AI will be available, potentially through in-person training at newly established “AI Centers.”

Salesforce has already launched its first AI Center in London and plans to expand to Chicago, Tokyo, Sydney, and San Francisco. These centers will host training programs and bring together industry experts, partners, and customers to advance AI learning.

This initiative aligns with Salesforce’s broader strategy to integrate AI into its product offerings, such as Copilot Studio, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
