SCL Lifesciences Ltd has announced the appointment of Anshul Agrawal as Chief Business Officer – Knowledge Centre and Head CDMO. A seasoned pharmaceutical industry leader, Agrawal brings more than 24 years of experience in business transformation, global market expansion, strategic growth, and operational excellence across the pharmaceutical and API sectors.

Recognized for his ability to drive sustainable P&L growth and lead high-impact business initiatives, Agrawal has successfully built strong customer partnerships, optimized supply chains, and delivered large-scale transformation programs throughout his career. His expertise spans corporate strategy, commercial leadership, and global operations.

Prior to joining SCL Lifesciences, he held key leadership positions at Olon, where he led post-merger integrations, global supply chain transformation initiatives, and growth acceleration programs that enhanced organizational competitiveness and market positioning.

His career journey also includes leadership roles at Olon, Sandoz (Novartis Group), Ranbaxy Research Laboratories, and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.

Agrawal holds an M.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi and an Executive Program in Global Business Management from IIM Calcutta.
