Bandhan Bank has appointed Visionary Leader Rohitash Arora has assumed the role of Zonal Branch Banking Head – North, marking a significant leadership addition to drive regional growth and business expansion.

In this role, Rohitash will lead a large network of around 400 branches across North India, covering regions including Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and Chandigarh.

He will be responsible for managing and growing the business across both assets and liabilities through branch banking and affluent teams, while ensuring strong operational execution and customer engagement across the network.

Rohitash will also carry the responsibility of driving organizational growth alongside leading a team of over 3000 professionals, including Regional Heads, Cluster Heads, Channel Heads, and Product Heads, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.

With his leadership, the organization is well positioned to strengthen its regional presence and achieve sustained business growth.
