Binghatti Holding has announced the appointment of Shameel Ahmed as Group Director – HR Planning & Organizational Development, strengthening its leadership as the company continues its rapid growth and expansion.

In this role, Shameel will lead the people strategy, HR planning, and organizational development agenda,focusing on building scalable HR frameworks, enhancing leadership development, and strengthening organizational capabilities to support business objectives.

Shameel brings extensive global experience in human resources and strategy, having worked with leading organizations such as Oracle, UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), Bridgestone EMEA, EY, and JLL. Across these roles, he has led large-scale transformation initiatives,driven human capital strategy, and delivered impactful organizational development programs across multiple regions.

His strong expertise in aligning HR with business strategy positions him well to contribute to Binghatti Holding’s next phase of growth and expansion.
