Amazon has announced the appointment of Preeti Tiwari as HR Leader for its EU Prime & Marketing organization, marking another significant milestone in her distinguished human resources career.

With nearly a decade of leadership experience at Amazon, Preeti has been instrumental in driving strategic people initiatives across diverse business functions and international markets. Throughout her tenure, she has held key leadership positions including Principal HR, Benefits Operations Leader for EMEA, Latin America and Canada, Senior Manager HR, and HR Manager. In these roles, she successfully led talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and culture transformation initiatives.

Before joining Amazon, Preeti gained extensive global HR experience with Schlumberger, managing workforce strategies across India, Myanmar, Vietnam, and the Middle East. Her professional journey also includes impactful roles at Amdocs, Eureka Forbes Ltd, and JSW Steel, where she built expertise in compensation, talent development, HR operations, and employee relations.

In her new role, Preeti will leverage her global leadership experience to strengthen talent capabilities, foster organizational growth, and support Amazon’s continued expansion across the European market.
