Pradeep Saluja has been appointed as the Country Head, India at ADA, a leading data and AI-driven organization enabling clients to accelerate digital transformation through data-led insights. With operations across 14 markets, ADA helps businesses transform data into a strategic asset, unlocking growth and clarity for customers worldwide.

In his new role, Pradeep will lead P&L, GTM, business development, and growth strategies for ADA in India, positioning the country as a strategic hub for delivering value to global clients.

Pradeep brings extensive leadership experience across analytics, customer success, and business transformation. Previously, he served as COO at HiveMinds, part of Madison World, and earlier led global key accounts at Sprinklr, driving a $70M P&L. He also headed a $35M business unit at Mu Sigma, supporting Fortune 500 clients in AI, ML, and digital transformation. His career includes leadership roles at Encore Capital Group, KPMG, and Caterpillar.

An alumnus of IIM Bangalore and NIT Allahabad, Pradeep is well-regarded for his expertise in strategy, operations, and scaling global businesses.
