Mohanraj S has been appointed Executive Director and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Solara Active Pharma Sciences, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its presence in the global pharmaceutical industry.

In his new role, Mohanraj will lead the organization’s people and culture strategy, focusing on workforce transformation, talent development, industrial relations, and HR capability building to support Solara’s long-term business growth and operational excellence.

Mohanraj brings decades of HR leadership experience across the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Solara, he served as Human Resources Director at Silver Spark Apparel Limited (Raymond Group), where he led HR operations for nearly 10,000 employees across multiple manufacturing units.

Earlier in his career, he held senior HR leadership positions at Mylan Laboratories Limited and The Manipal Group, contributing to key initiatives in workforce transformation and organizational development. His professional journey also includes roles at Biocon, Strides Arcolab, Tata Advanced Materials, Anglo-French Drugs & Industries, and several other leading organizations.
