GCC advisory and enablement firm Gloplax Solutions has appointed Roopesh Kumar as Digital Product Leader, where he will drive the company’s digital product vision and roadmap supporting its GCC advisory and lifecycle enablement offerings. In this role, Kumar will focus on strengthening the company’s digital product ecosystem, enabling scalable platforms that support enterprises across the Global Capability Center (GCC) lifecycle, from strategy and setup to operations and transformation. Roopesh Kumar brings over 30 years of global professional experience, including more than two decades within the GCC ecosystem. Prior to joining Gloplax Solutions, he held senior leadership roles at State Street and Wells Fargo, where he led large cross-functional teams across operations, client management, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Commenting on the evolving role of GCCs, Kumar noted that these centers are increasingly becoming strategic engines of value for global organizations by driving innovation in technology, analytics, and artificial intelligence, beyond traditional cost and talent advantages.
