McDonald’s has appointed Das Dasgupta, PhD, as its Global Chief Data Analytics & AI Officer, marking a significant step in strengthening the company’s data-driven strategies and digital innovation globally.
Dasgupta brings a wealth of experience in data science, artificial intelligence, and enterprise transformation, having held senior leadership positions at Starbucks, Publicis Groupe (Saatchi & Saatchi), Viacom, Amazon, McKinsey & Company, and EY. In addition to his corporate achievements, he contributes as an Adjunct Professor at USC Marshall School of Business and serves on the Editorial Board of CDO Magazine and the Advisory Board of Harvard Business School.
