Lockton, the world’s largest privately held and independent insurance broker, has announced the appointment of Hanmant Dudle as Senior Director to lead its Property & Construction Practice in India.

With more than 20 years of experience across plant operations, insurance underwriting, and broking, Hanmant brings a rare combination of technical expertise and strategic risk management to his new role. He will spearhead Lockton’s efforts in delivering bespoke insurance solutions for large-scale infrastructure and industrial clients.

Previously, Hanmant headed the Property and Marine Practice at Howden, also managing Large Accounts and driving business growth. Earlier, he spent nearly a decade at ICICI Lombard as Head of Engineering Insurance Underwriting, where he developed customized solutions for some of India’s largest industrial and infrastructure projects.

At Lockton, he will engage with CXOs, promoters, and boards to strengthen resilience for complex projects in Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing.
