Infosys BPM has appointed Manohar G. as HR Business Leader for the Customer Experience Integrated Unit (CEIU), strengthening its people leadership to support business growth and transformation. In this role, he will drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce transformation.

With over 17 years at Infosys BPM, Manohar brings deep expertise across organization development, people architecture, career design, succession planning, and enterprise HR strategy. His journey reflects strong continuity and progressive leadership growth within the organization.

Prior to this role, he served as Senior Principal – Organization Development, where he led global functions spanning people integration, change management, leadership succession, mobility, and assessments. His contributions have played a key role in enhancing organizational capability and agility.

Earlier in his career, he held HR leadership roles at Merino Consulting Services and Planman Media.
