Unlike conventional voice bots that typically handle individual queries, Karta AI’s agents can manage multiple customer intents within a single conversation. By integrating with enterprise systems, the platform can also execute workflows, enabling more comprehensive customer support.
According to the company, Karta AI handles approximately 2 million customer conversations every month, supports more than 25 languages, and resolves around 70% of borrower queries end to end.
The fresh funding will support the company’s expansion across financial services and further development of its AI-powered customer engagement capabilities.
