Pune-based health-tech startup Clinics On Cloud has raised $12.5 million in Series A funding from Dubai-based investors through Model42, powered by Enlightened Minds Investments.

The company will deploy the fresh capital to strengthen its AI-led healthcare capabilities, expand research and development, and scale its connected microclinic network. It also plans to use the UAE as a global expansion hub to enter markets across Africa, the United States and Southeast Asia.

Founded in 2018 by Abhay Agarwal, Clinics On Cloud develops preventive healthcare infrastructure through Health ATMs, Health Lounges, Box Clinics and Mobile Medical Units. Its solutions combine health screening, AI-assisted insights and telemedicine.

The company has reported more than 3,500 deployments, over 12 million health screenings and operations across eight countries. Its solutions have also been deployed across Indian defence establishments, including the Army, Navy and Border Security Force.

The latest funding will support international partnerships, technology development and wider access to preventive healthcare through connected microclinics.
