With over 19 years of experience across some of the world’s leading organizations, Shekhar brings a wealth of expertise in industrial relations, compliance, and workforce management within complex and large-scale manufacturing environments.

Throughout his career, he has held key HR roles at Cipla, Ecom Express Limited, Uber, Amazon, and Britannia Industries Limited, where he successfully led initiatives focused on strengthening industrial relations frameworks, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring regulatory compliance. 

In his new role, Shekhar will play a critical part in driving HR strategies aligned with business growth, optimizing manufacturing workforce capabilities, and fostering a strong, performance-driven culture at Jubilant Ingrevia.
