Arshad Mumtaz has been appointed Executive Vice President & Chief Business Officer - DCX at Movate, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in business transformation, customer experience, sales, operations, analytics, AI-driven innovation, and large-scale P&L management.

In his new role, Arshad will lead global sales, operations, revenue growth, and strategic expansion initiatives for Movate’s Digital Customer Experience (DCX) business. He joins the organization with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and business growth across diverse industries and global markets.

Prior to Movate, he served as Chief Operating Officer at CogentHubCX.AI and CollegeDekho. Earlier, during his nearly 12-year tenure at IGT Solutions, he held leadership roles including EVP & Global Business Leader, overseeing global service delivery, strategy, innovation, and large-scale operations.

With extensive experience across telecom, banking, retail, aviation, hospitality, and technology sectors, Arshad is well-positioned to accelerate Movate’s growth, innovation, and customer experience transformation agenda worldwide.
