Bosch Software and Digital Solutions (Bosch SDS), the engineering and IT services arm of Bosch Group, has partnered with Bengaluru‑based NxtGen Cloud Technologies to launch a sovereign industrial AI cloud designed to empower Indian enterprises with secure, compliant, and high‑performance AI infrastructure. The initiative aims to enable manufacturers and industrial firms to deploy AI‑driven Industry 4.0 applications—such as digital twins, predictive maintenance, asset optimisation, and manufacturing intelligence—while keeping sensitive operational data within national borders.

The collaboration integrates Bosch SDS’s industrial AI, simulation and engineering platforms with NxtGen’s sovereign cloud, GPU‑as‑a‑Service (GPUaaS), edge data centre infrastructure, and Kubernetes‑based orchestration stack. Together, they will jointly develop a Digital Twin – Manufacturing Cloud, supporting edge‑to‑cloud data orchestration and flexible deployment models, including cloud‑at‑customer and edge data centre options. This will allow enterprises to modernise operations with real‑time AI insights while maintaining regulatory compliance and performance reliability.

The partnership also includes joint go‑to‑market programmes and sector‑specific solution development, reflecting growing demand for sovereign cloud‑native infrastructure in India’s industrial transformation landscape.
