PowerUp Money raises $10 million to build AI-powered wealth management platform AI

Bengaluru-based wealthtech startup PowerUp Money has raised $10 million (around Rs 95 crore) in a funding round led by Flourish Ventures, with participation from existing investors Peak XV Partners, Accel, Blume Ventures, Kae Capital, 8i Ventures and DeVC.

The startup will use most of the fresh capital to develop an AI-powered wealth management platform for Indian retail investors, expanding beyond mutual fund advisory into comprehensive financial planning and investment services.

Founded by Prateek Jindal, formerly co-founder of Uni Cards, PowerUp Money launched in January 2025. Its platform currently serves over 15 lakh customers tracking mutual fund portfolios worth approximately Rs 2.5 lakh crore.

The company has also introduced Elite Prime, an AI-led digital wealth advisory service, while expanding Infinite, its managed wealth offering, which has reportedly reached nearly Rs 500 crore in assets under management.

The latest funding follows its $12 million raise in December 2025, taking its publicly reported funding to at least $22 million.
