In a landmark move set to redefine the future of enterprise automation, Automation Anywhere has announced the acquisition of Aisera, a leading provider of agentic AI solutions for autonomous IT. The strategic merger brings together Automation Anywhere’s Agentic Process Automation (APA) platform with Aisera’s self-service AI agents across IT Service Management (ITSM), HR, and Customer Service; creating a unified force driving the vision of the Autonomous Enterprise, where up to 80% of work is automated or AI-assisted.
