Newmark has announced the appointment of Saibal Bhattacharya as Vice President of Human Resources – Property & Facilities Management, India and APAC, marking a significant addition to its regional leadership team.

With over three decades of HR leadership experience, Saibal has held key positions at Knight Frank India, ISS Facility Services India, Sodexo, RPG Group, Abbott Healthcare, and Piramal Enterprises Limited. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for driving strategic HR transformation, embedding ESG principles, and fostering people-centric organizational change.

A firm believer in lifelong learning, Saibal holds a Master’s in Business Law from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis International University. His expertise lies in bridging business, law, and people strategy to create high-performing, sustainable workplaces.
