Nishant has built deep expertise in driving ServiceNow-led business growth, spanning sales, solutioning, advisory, and consulting. Prior to specializing in ServiceNow, he gained significant experience in ITSM process consulting and client-facing service delivery roles. In his most recent position at Tech Mahindra, he played a pivotal role in expanding the ServiceNow business across key strategic regions.
