Vijay Malpani Appointed as Chief Growth Officer at PL Capital Group Prabhudas Lilladher

Vijay Malpani has been appointed as Chief Growth Officer at PL Capital Group (Prabhudas Lilladher), where he will focus on driving business growth and strengthening the organization’s growth strategy.

Before joining PL Capital Group, he spent nearly four years with ICICIDirect, most recently serving as Sr. Client Partner, where he worked on strategic synergies between Private Wealth and Corporate Finance for promoter families, HNIs and UHNIs across India. He also served as Head – NRI Services, focusing on NRI wealth and strategic planning.

Earlier, he was Business Head – NRI Vertical at Kotak Private, where he was responsible for the NRI wealth business, AUM growth, P&L and revenue for the vertical. His career at Kotak Mahindra Bank included leadership roles across NRI Banking and branch management, while he began his banking career with HSBC as Associate Vice President – Premier Banking.

His experience spans private wealth, NRI banking, client partnerships, business development and financial services, bringing a strong combination of growth and relationship-management expertise to his new role.
