Jinkit Jain Appointed as Director – Strategy & Transactions Practice at Deloitte

Jinkit Jain has joined Deloitte as Director – Strategy & Transactions Practice, taking on a leadership role focused on strategic finance, transaction advisory and complex financial and business decisions. He brings more than a decade of experience across Alvarez & Marsal, EY and BDO India, with expertise spanning financial due diligence, transaction advisory, strategic finance and business analysis.

Before joining Deloitte, he spent over five years with Alvarez & Marsal, progressing from Manager to Senior Manager. Earlier, he worked with EY in Financial Due Diligence and began his professional career at BDO India, gaining experience across advisory and transaction-focused engagements.

His career has involved analysing financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making and advising businesses on complex financial matters. In his new role at Deloitte, he will contribute to the Strategy & Transactions practice and support clients on strategic and transaction-related priorities.
