Visionary Leader Vijay Kannan has taken on a new leadership role as Senior Vice President – Human Resources at Consolidated Analytics, bringing extensive global experience in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development.

Prior to this appointment, Vijay served as Senior Director – Regional Human Resources at Oportun, where he played a key role in establishing the company’s India Global Capability Center (GCC) from inception and scaling it to more than 250 technology professionals. In that role, he led HR policies, processes, and compliance for the captive technology center while shaping workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession management frameworks.

His professional journey also includes leadership roles at Expleo Group and a long tenure with Tata Consultancy Services, where he led strategic HR initiatives across multiple business clusters and geographies.
