Sreekanth P. V. has been appointed President and Group Head – Operations, Services and Digital at Manappuram Finance Limited, where he will lead the organization’s operational strategy, digital platforms, and service delivery transformation. He will also serve as part of the company’s Senior Management Personnel.

Sreekanth brings more than 22 years of exemplary experience in the financial services sector, with expertise spanning lending operations, digital platforms, product innovation, and customer experience transformation.

Prior to joining Manappuram Finance, he held senior leadership roles at Bajaj Finserv, most recently serving as Deputy Executive Vice President – Digital Platforms, where he contributed significantly to strengthening digital capabilities and enhancing operational efficiency.

Earlier in his career, he worked with several leading financial institutions including Indian School Finance Company, AIG Home Finance, HSBC, GE Capital, and Standard Chartered Bank, building deep expertise in financial services operations and customer-focused innovation.
