Sailee Bhandarkar-Correa has been promoted to Vice President – Hotels & Hospitality Group at JLL, marking a key milestone in her leadership journey within the hospitality advisory sector.

Prior to this elevation, she served as Assistant Vice President within the same division, where she played an important role in supporting hotel owners, investors, and developers across various stages of the hospitality asset lifecycle. Her work has included conducting hotel market feasibility studies, identifying and securing operators, negotiating management agreements, and providing strategic advisory for hospitality developments.

Before joining JLL, Bhandarkar-Correa worked with Marriott International as Senior Development Specialist, contributing to development strategy and expansion planning. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Araiya Hotels & Resorts, Condé Nast India, DESIGN CELL, and MnO.

Her multidisciplinary experience across hospitality development, architecture, and media continues to strengthen JLL’s advisory capabilities for hotel owners and investors.
