Chinmay Sharma has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Diageo India and will serve as a member of the company’s Executive Committee. With more than two decades of global HR leadership experience, Sharma brings deep expertise in talent strategy, organizational transformation, and capability development.

Prior to joining Diageo India, Chinmay held senior HR leadership roles across several global organizations including GSK, Philip Morris International, and Procter & Gamble. Throughout his career, he has led strategic initiatives focused on workforce transformation, leadership development, and building high-performance organizational cultures.

The leadership transition reflects Diageo’s continued focus on strengthening its talent strategy and organizational capabilities in India.
