Sterlite Electric has announced the appointment of Archana Srivastava as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates growth in the power transmission sector.

In her new role, Archana will lead the organization’s people strategy, focusing on enhancing organisational capability, advancing talent development, and driving employee engagement initiatives aligned with business objectives. Her appointment comes at a pivotal time as Sterlite Electric continues to expand operations and reinforce its market leadership.

Prior to joining Sterlite Electric, Archana served as Head HR, India at TE Connectivity, where she led HR strategy for a workforce of over 4,000 employees across multiple locations. She has also held senior leadership roles at Vitesco Technologies, Continental, Kalyani Steels Limited, Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, VA Tech Wabag Ltd., and Thermax Limited.
