Hrishikesh Kulkarni has been appointed as National Business Head – Home Loans at Saraswat Bank. In this role, he will lead the bank’s national sales strategy, accelerate disbursement growth, and scale its home loan portfolio across India’s competitive mortgage market.

With over 14 years of experience in mortgage banking, Hrishikesh brings deep expertise in building high-performance teams, expanding multi-channel sourcing networks, and driving sustainable growth through data-led execution and disciplined credit practices. His appointment is expected to strengthen Saraswat Bank’s position in the retail lending segment and enhance its customer-centric home financing solutions.

Prior to joining Saraswat Bank, he held key leadership roles at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited, ICIC Direct, and Citi. Across these organizations, he successfully built and scaled mortgage businesses, delivered significant AUM growth, and earned multiple national-level recognitions for performance and leadership.
