Industry Veteran Shekhar Chandra Sati has been appointed Chief Sales Officer – MDF & Flooring Business at Greenply Industries Limited, where he will lead sales strategy, market expansion, and revenue growth for the company’s specialty panels segment.

With nearly three decades of experience across the building materials and interior infrastructure sectors, Shekhar will focus on strengthening Greenply’s leadership in engineered wood panels and flooring solutions, while expanding channel networks and driving customer-centric growth across India and the SAARC region.

Prior to joining Greenply, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Infra.Market, where he played a key role in incubating and scaling the Wood Panel Division and leading strategic manufacturing acquisitions to support expansion.

Earlier in his career, Shekhar held leadership roles at Greenpanel Industries Limited as President – Sales & Marketing (MDF) and National Sales Head (Flooring). He has also worked with organizations including Welspun Flooring, Simpolo Vitrified, Orient Bell, and Jaquar & Company Private Limited.

His extensive experience spans P&L leadership, distribution expansion, and high-growth market strategies within the building materials industry.
