Shalu Sood Elevated to Vice President Corporate HR, Talent & Strategic Initiatives at JSW Energy Ltd, following her tenure as Head Corporate HR, Talent and Strategic Initiatives. She has been associated with JSW Energy since 2021, previously serving as Head HR – Strategy, Organizational Development, Performance & M&A. Her earlier leadership experience includes senior HR roles at STL – Sterlite Technologies, Cadila Pharmaceuticals and Reliance Broadcast Network.
In her current mandate, she brings extensive expertise across strategic HR leadership, organizational development, change management, talent and capability building, culture, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and workforce strategy. At JSW Energy, she has played a key role in aligning people strategy with business transformation, organizational scalability and long-term growth. Her experience across energy, technology, pharmaceuticals and media positions her to drive strategic talent initiatives and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
