Reliance Industries Limited has appointed Mythili Sarathy as Vice President - Enterprise Transformation Group, Chairman’s Office, strengthening its leadership bench for driving large-scale strategic initiatives across the organization. In her new role, Mythili will spearhead enterprise transformation programs, focusing on aligning strategy, operations, and human capital to reinforce Reliance’s long-term growth and organizational excellence.

Mythili brings a rare combination of expertise in enterprise transformation, leadership strategy, and human capital management, having created meaningful impact across the Reliance ecosystem through her prior roles in the Chairman’s Office, Head of Talent Management, and Managing Business Partner for Polymer & SCM operations.

Her global experience includes senior leadership roles at SLOANEBUILT in Australia, where she led strategy, HR, technology transformation, and senior leadership advisory programs. She also contributes to leadership education as Visiting Faculty at Shiv Nadar University.

An alumna of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, Mythili combines strong academic grounding with practical leadership experience. Her appointment reflects Reliance Industries’ commitment to strategic enterprise transformation and leadership excellence across its diversified business ecosystem.
