Vikram Solar has announced the appointment of Rajat Kohli as Vice President – Capex Governance & Program Management, marking a strategic addition to its leadership team as the company continues to scale its renewable energy operations.

In his new role, he will oversee enterprise-wide capital expenditure governance and program management, working closely with senior leadership to strengthen cross-functional alignment across engineering, supply chain, finance, and project execution functions. 

He brings over two decades of exemplary experience in managing complex, high-value capital portfolios and enterprise transformation initiatives. He has previously led multi-site programs valued at over ₹25,000 crore and collaborated with CXOs, boards, and government stakeholders to improve execution predictability, financial governance, and operational efficiency.
